The Rockstar Villa is only 70m from the sand of Bondi Beach. Located amongst the local shops, bars & restaurants with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, full restaurant style commercial kitchen, inside/outside living room, BBQ and media room.
Located on the footsteps of world famous Bondi Beach, the villa is perfectly situated for summer fun in the sun. You can smell the salt water from the house & feel the Bondi atmosphere around you.

THE SPACE
With FREE unlimited superfast top-tier NBN WIFI available throughout the villa, accommodating up to 16 guests (12 adults & 4 children) in 4 Queen en-suite bedrooms, 1 twin room that has 2 king single beds that can be joined for a king-size bed, 1 bunk room that has 4 kingsized single beds suitable for large adults and a media room with an enormous couch that is actually 2 further ‘King Single’ beds, the house is perfect for groups or extended families.
The villa provides a fully equipped commercial kitchen and outdoor BBQ, a 3 meter recycled wood dining table for outside dining, plus a fun back yard and cabana .All beds are 5star hotel quality mattresses with pure linen bedding. With all stays we provide additional bedding, towels and beach-towels.
The media room and living room both have 65” and 75” TV’s perfect for chilling. There is off-street parking for 2 cars with additional parking for a further 2 cars possible over the kerb if needed which is not strictly legal but accepted in Bondi. Jet Flamingo’s Rockstar Villa is FUN, It was built with socializing and groups in mind, the vibe and location will help you make with lifetime memories, and we look forward to welcoming you.
The villa has a strict NO PARTY policy & we do NOT accept Bucks or Bachelor parties at all. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a Bucks weekend.
CHECKING IN
We will contact you a few days prior to arrival to discuss the check-in process, you will be required to complete the online check-in including a copy of certified ID, once completed you will be given the access codes to let yourself into the house from 3pm.
You will be contacted by SMS by our support team, please use this for any issues during your stay - we are here to help.
If you would like to see the property manager in person, we are not far away - just let us know via the SMS chat.
Security Bond – we will require a valid credit card or cards to pre-authorise a $2000 bond at check-in.
The funds are held within your credit card facility and released upon checkout, we do not recieve any funds - return of the funds, or restoration of your credit limit depends on your bank but can be up to 7 days from swiping the card.
The bond is there, to help prevent breaking of house rules - we take our neigbours peace and quiet seriously and due to council regulations any breech of these rules especially considering parties or late night noise can result in termination of the stay, eviction and loss of bond - we do not want this to happen.
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of two cupboard storage areas.
